Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Service provision (health tourism consulting, medical examination, diagnosis, treatment, surgical interventions, post-treatment follow-up), financial transactions (billing, payment, insurance, accounting), legal obligations (tax, customs, health legislation), marketing and communication (with explicit consent), system security.
Categories of Personal Data Processed
Identity information (name, surname, ID/passport number, date of birth, gender), contact information (phone, email, address, emergency contact), health data - special category (medical history, diagnosis, treatment plan, medication and allergy information, laboratory and imaging results), financial data (bank, payment, insurance, invoice), digital data (IP, browser, cookies, device information).
Data Sharing
May be shared with authorized personnel within the company, private hospitals, laboratories, imaging centers, payment institutions, insurance companies and authorized public institutions in accordance with legislation.
International Data Transfer
With your explicit consent and necessary security measures, data may be transferred to European Union countries, United Kingdom and Switzerland. For transfers to other countries, Standard Contractual Clauses or Binding Corporate Rules apply.
Data Retention Periods
Health data: periods stipulated by legislation, up to 30 years. Accounting records: 5 years. Communication records: 2 years. Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn. System logs: 1 year.
Your Rights Under KVKK Article 11
You have the rights to information, access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. Our company does not apply fully automated decision-making processes that produce legal effects.
Application Methods
You can submit your applications in writing or electronically. Applications are responded to within 30 days.
Data Breach
In case of a breach of your personal data, notification will be made to the relevant persons and institutions within 72 hours at the latest.
